Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new template (docx) with outputs: Docx and Pdf
2. Edit template created and select new file docx
3. Error: Output Formats are all loaded again:

- Sort By Date
- Ascending
- Descending
- Thumbnails
- List
- Download All
