Xporter should be available on Approvals page (Jira Service Desk)

Xporter option must be available on Approvals page inside of Jira Service Desk customer portal.

ACS:

• The Xporter option must be available on the Approvals page if the visibility option is enabled on Xporter app settings.
• The Xporter option must not be available on the Approvals page if the visibility option is disabled on Xporter app settings.
• When the option is clicked, a dialog must be shown with all templates which have the scope JSD My Requests defined.

• • When the user click on Export, all the issue shown in the screen must be exported.
