Create a Administration View with all the functionalities related with template management

This screen should have the following functionalities

• Upload new template (Button Add Template)
  • Template attributes
    • Template Name
    • Template Description
    • Template File
• Install sample templates (Button Import, Drops Down "Sample Templates").
• Display a table with all the upload templates and a column with actions
  • Delete template
  • Download template
  • Set template as default
  • Edit template (Allows setting template name and description)

This screen should be prepared to incorporate the integration with the template store.
