Wrong error message when creating Profile Template with repeated name

When creating a new Profile template, if the template name already exists (in another user profile), the error message is not correctly displayed.

Steps:

1. Create a template named "Profile Template" on User A
2. Create a template also named "Profile Template" on User B

When create or edit the template in admin-level or project-level with some name of another template, return a message error and it is impossible to save without close dialog and re-open it.
