Xporter is not working properly with Service Desk

Xporter is causing an error on Jira Service Desk. Please see attachment.

Steps to reproduce the error:

1. Create a new account from JSD Customer portal
2. Raise a new request
3. User will not be able to do it and will need to refresh the page.
