Xporter is not returning the correct URL on "Back to Issue Navigator"

Xporter is not returning the correct URL on "Back to Issue Navigator" when exists a context path.
This error occurs on Xporter Reports and Bulk Export Tools.

Steps to reproduce the error:

• Create a new context path (for example: /jira)
• Export using Xporter Reports or Bulk Export (Tools)
• After generate the report create on "Back To Issue Navigator"
• User will be redirecting to <URL>/issues instead of <URL>/jira/issues
