Xporter should list the permission scheme associated on project level

Xporter should list the permission scheme associated with the project level.

Example:

• Create a new permission scheme  (on administration level) and associate it with the XPTO project.
• The permission scheme should appear on the project level in order to check wich permission scheme is being applied to the current project.
