Permissions Administration Page needs to be improved

If an instance has a lot of projects and needs to set up Permission Schemes, Xporter's Permission Administration page and Permission Schemes Management Dialog is basically unusable.

The Default Permission Scheme is always considering all projects, meaning that someone has to scroll down pages and pages till getting to another permission scheme.

Customer Suggestions

• a counter showed for the project;
• one that fits the number of projects and then paging or more buttons.
