      Unexpected behaviour when exporting a txt document to XML

      How to reproduce

      1. Create a service desk project
      2. Create fields like has in the template of the support ticket
      3. Install the template

      Actual Results

      The fields with special characters aren't exported

      Expected result

      All fields are exported correctly
