As an admin, I should be able to manage Post Functions in order to define whether or not an attachment should be seen by users

As an admin, I should be able to manage whether or not an attachment should be seen by customers, in JSM projects

Possible Scenario

• Create a JSM Project
• Define Customer users and Internal users
• Create a Post Function to generate a report and attach to the issue
• Define on the Post Function which users/groups should be allowed to see that report
