As an app must display a warning when the template file doesn't exist on the ExporterTemplates folder in the Jira system.

When the template file doesn't exist on the ExporterTemplate folder the app should display a warning on the template page in the row of the respective template and the option set as default and download must be disabled.

In the export selects the template must appear as disabled.
