Description
Description
When creating a Service Desk project, the Service Desk Team role is created automatically. Create a new user, attribute the Service Desk Team role to him, and then grant him the same permissions on the project as the Administrator role. This user will only see the Xporter button if it also has the Administer Projects permission.
Pre-conditions
Enable Xporter on Queues in JIRA ADMINISTRATION -> Xporter -> Integrations
How to reproduce
- Create a Service Desk project
- Create a new user
- Join this new user to the Service Desk Team role
- Grant the same Project Permissions to the Service Desk Team role as the Administrator role except for the Administer Projects permission
Actual result/Attachments
The new user cannot see the Xporter button, therefore unable to export templates on the Queues page.
Expected result
The new user should see the Xporter button on the Queues page without the Administer Projects permission.
