As a user, when exporting a huge amount of data Xporter takes too long to generate the report

Description
When exporting a huge amount of data, Xporter is taking too long to generate the reports, which in some cases causes timeouts. It has a significant difference between the newest versions and the oldest ones.

How to reproduce

1. Go to the search for issues and use a JQL that returns more than 1500 issues
2. Try to generate the XLSX (Current fields) report
3. Error: Network failed
