Xporter is not working when we have Xray Disabled

Xporter is not working when we have Xray disabled.

Steps to reproduce the error:

1. Install the Xporter version 6.9.5 or the latest
2. Install Xray
3. Disable Xray
4. Perform exportation (example: XLSX CURRENT Fields)

Current behavior:
Xporter is not able to load data from Xray and the user is not able to export.

Expected behavior:
Xporter should be able to perform the exportation even when Xray is disabled.
