Description
With Xporter 6.9.10.1 in the Service Desk customer portal, the Xporter dialog doesn't display the templates.
Steps to reproduce:
- Install the Xporter 6.9.10.1
- On the Xporter integrations page active Xporter for tickets Details
- Add a template for this scope
- Go to the Service Desk customer portal
- Go to ticket details
- click on Xporter
actual result:
- The dialog opens and it stays infinity loading
expected result:
- The dialog opens and shows all the templates available
