On customer portal Xporter Dialog doesn't open

The Xporter Dialog doesn't open on the customer portal.

Steps to reproduce:

• Install Xporter 6.9.10.2 on http://167.99.247.117:8087
• Go to http://167.99.247.117:8087/servicedesk/customer/portal/1/JSD-1
• Click on Xporter Link

Actual Result:

• The dialog is always loading

Expected Result:

• The dialog should display all fields to start the export.
