Description
Description
When using Refined for Jira app and Extension for Jira Service Desk with Xporter Server at the same time. If we configure the Issue Links to appear on the Customer Portal on Extension for Jira Service Desk, they will disappear, and Xporter also doesn´t work. If we disable Xporter, the Issue Links appear, and if we disable Refined, they also appear, and Xporter works normally.
Pre-conditions
Install Refined for Jira and Extension for Jira Service Desk
Xporter needs to have templates configured to export on the Jira Service Desk
How to reproduce
- Disable Xporter
- Configure Issue Links on the Project Settings -> Extension -> Issue Links
- Verify that the Issue Links are present on the Customer Portal
- Enable Xporter and go back to the Customer Portal
Actual result/Attachments
The Issue Links disappear, and also Xporter doesn´t stop loading. There are some errors displayed on the Console log.
Expected result
Xporter should work along with Refined for Jira
