Date field old transition is not being catch correctly

How to reproduce

1. Changed the Status to In Progress;
2. Try to Export (used the attached template), column J was empty;
3. Set status back to open;
4. Try to Export, still empty;
5. Set Status back to In Progress
6. Value appear
