Sucess message displayed when trying to add a Xpand license with an Atlassian already installed

When trying to install a Xpand license with an Atlassian license already installed, a "Success" message is displayed, but the license is not "installed" because the licenses from Atlassian must be removed prior to install the Xpand ones.
