As a User, I should be able to have a Created By option on the Templates page

It should be possible to select the User who created the Template on the Templates page and Scheduled Reports in order to have better Template Management and know who created it . At the moment, we have the Last modified column that shows the user who last uploaded/edited the Template definitions.
