Xporter DC - 6.9.15

Description
As a user, when I try to download the template in the Xporter menu on Project Settings, I get a new window with "An error occurred while accessing the database".
Re-uploading the template does not solve the issue.
This behavior cannot be seen in previous version 6.9.14
Pre-conditions
Have templates added in a Project
How to reproduce
- Open Project settings
- Open Xporter settings -> Templates
- Click on the cog and download a template
Actual result/Attachments
A new window opens with the error: "An error occurred while accessing the database."
Expected result
Starts downloading the template
