A Service Desk customer cannot export any request from the Service Desk page.

How to reproduce

1. Create an SD project and create two users. One admin and a simple customer with only Service Desk Customer role.
2. Go to the Service Desk page and create a request with the Customer user.
3. Try to export this request.
