If an issuetype is deleted from Jira its relation is not removed from Xporter permission schemes.

Which stops templates from being deleted.

How to reproduce

1. Create a Template
2. Assign this Template to a Permission Scheme
3. Try to delete the Template

Expected result

Once the issue type is deleted from Jira, it should be removed from Xportes permission Schemes.
