Post Functions are generating the Template on the Temporary folder

Description

Even with only one Condition validated, all the Post Functions are generating the Template on the Temporary folder, generating performance pikes.

Pre-conditions

How to reproduce

1. Create Workflow Post function
2. Create and Validate the Condition
3. Run the Post Function
4. One is performing the File Attach in the issue (the one that has the condition validated)
5. The Other post Functions are generating the Template in the Temporary Folder, causing performance pikes to happen

Actual result/Attachments

Expected result

Not to have the Post Functions that don't meet the Condition, creating a Template.
