Unable to upload Templates from the Store on the Project level

    Description

      Step to reproduce:

      1. From the Project settings go to Xporter -> Templates -> Store
      2. Install template from the Store

      Expected result: Templates installed

      Actual result: An error occurred. Templates are not installed (record attched).
