It is not possible to export any image if Xray is disabled

It is not possible to export any image if Xray is disabled.

Steps to reproduce:

• Install the Xray and disable it
• Install the following template: testing-images.docx
• Create an issue and add an image on attachments
• Create a report with the template installed before

Actual result:

The image isn't exported, only export image info

Expected result:

All data in the template should be exported

Note:

If we are exporting a field with the wiki function and it has images, the field is not exported, leaving the mapping instead of the field value in the final result.

Workaround:

Uninstall or enable the Xray app.
