Service Desk is not opening with Firefox Browser

Description
Service Desk is not opening with Firefox Browser. If we disable Xporter, it works.

How to reproduce

1. Using Firefox, go to the Portal Page of the Service Desk;
2. Try to log in;

It keeps in a continuous loop:

Expected result
It should open the page.
