As a user, I would like Xporter fullname formatting function to work with JSM "Request participants" field

As a user, I would like Xporter fullname formatting function to work with JSM "Request participants" field.

Currently it is possible to export the Request Participant field (${Request participants})

However, this will show the User Display Name, not the full name.
