When using scheduled reports, the user uploading the file is not the one in configured in file server

Description
If we configure a file server for confluence with a user, when we use it on a scheduled report, the report will be executed by the last editor of the Schedule report and not the configured file server user.

Pre-conditions

Have a file server with a user configured

How to reproduce

1. Create a schedule report
2. Set the action as Upload File
3. Pick the confluence file server
4. Create the schedule report
5. Wait for it to run and observe the user in the audit logs

Actual result/Attachments

The user that last edited the scheduled report is the one sending the file.

Expected result

The user in the File Server configuration is the one sending the file
