Post Functions not working on Version 7.0.3

Description

Post Functions not working on Version 7.0.3. The situation is replicable in older Post Punctions (before the update) and in Post Functions created after the update, the situation is also happening.

How to reproduce

1. Xporter Version 7.0.2
2. Go to Issues - Workflows
3. Add a New Post-Function
4. 
5. In the Post Action - Attach File
6. Test the Post Function in an Issue
7. Check the Xporter Audit Log
8. You should find it as FINISHED
9. 
10. Go back to Manage Apps and update Xporter to version 7.0.3
11. Test the Post Function again
12. You should find under Status in Xporter Audit Logs PROCESS NOT FOUND
13. 

Actual result/Attachments

The Post Functions independently of the Post Action that is defined, are not working after upgrading Xporter to the latest version

Expected result

To have the Post Functions working in every Xporter Version
