      When a file is not successfully uploaded to the File Server, Audit Logs still show as Successful, even when the file is not uploaded

      How to reproduce

      1. Go to Manage Apps and create an SFTP Server in File Servers
      2. In the Workflow, create a Post Function
      3. Edit the Post function and Configure it
      4. In one Issue change the transition according to what is defined
      5. The issue is loaded in the file Server
      6. Force the File server to fail
      7. Use another Issue and perform the same steps
      8. The file is not uploaded, but it will be shown as Successful/finished in the Audit Logs

      Actual result/Attachments

      When the File Server is down, the files should not shown as Successful/Finished in the Audit Logs





      Expected result

      When the File Server is down, the files should show as Failed in the Audit Logs
