Xray evidence is not getting attached to the document when having attached files enable

How to reproduce

1. Add a template with the attach file enable
2. Create a Test issue and add steps with attachments
3. Add an attachment to the Jira attachment section
4. Execute the Test
5. Add Evidences
6. Go to the Test Execution and add an attachments
7. Export from Test Execution

Actual result/Attachments
Only the attachments attached to Test Execution are being exported to the document

Expected result
Both attachments and evidences of Test Runs be exported

Tested with Xray version 6.9.16
