Exports are not being delivered to email addresses that contain special characters

Description
When configuring an automation to send an export using the "Send Email" action, if an email address containing a special character (e.g., ') is added, the email is not sent.

Have an email with special character '

How to reproduce

1. Go to the Project Settings >> Automation
2. Create a new Rule
3. Select "Manual Trigger"
4. Add a "New action" and select "Export (Xporter)"
5. Fill the required fields and click "Configure New Action"
6. Add the email with the special character
7. Go to an issue and trigger the Automation Rule

The email is not sent

The email should be sent with the output file.
