Post function not creating template correctly

How to reproduce

1. Navigate to workflows
2. Edit the workflow and create a new post function
3. Create a Xporter Multi-Action Function
4. Add a condition to the post function (e.g. "${Testing1}".equals("1") ) and make it attach the template to the ticket
5. trigger the post function

Actual result/Attachments
No templates are created.
Varied errors - for some people audit logs shows process not found, some show ok - in both cases nothing is attached to the ticket

Expected result
Post function should behave as defined.
