Unable to open Permission Schemes from Project Settings (XSRF Security Token Missing)

Step to reproduce:

1. From the Project settings go to Xporter -> Permission Schemes
2. Create or Edit a Permission Scheme
3. Go to Browser Dev Tools (F12) -> Storage and delete the JSESSIONID Cookie
4. Press Assign Templates
5. Relogin and press retry
6. The Permission Schemes page is unusable (although you are logged in) you need to change page to fix it
