Repeat Header does not work if the Table has styles.

Description:

If the template Header has styles, Repeat Header Rows does not work.

Pre-conditions: N/A

How to reproduce

1. Take any template with a table of contents in it. Sample : Epic Requirements.docx
2. For the first time, Repeat Header Rows is enabled for the table header
   
3. Export the issues and observe the Header rows in the output on every page
4. Take the same template and add a style to the table and ensure that the Repeat Header Row is enabled.
   
   
5. Export the issues again and observe the header rows in the output on every page.

Actual result/Attachments:

For the template having a table without styles, the header is repeated as expected. But, for the table with styles, the header is not repeated despite enabling Repeat Header Rows.


Expected result:

Repeat Header Rows functionality should work even with a styled table.
