This feature will be great for Companies are using Service Desk.

The Input will be:

• File Name (with placeholders)
• E-mail To (Multi User Picker - with placeholders)
• E-mail Subject (with placeholders)
• E-mail CC (Multi User Picker - with placeholders)
• E-mail BCC (Multi User Picker - with placeholders)
