Cannot export SVG image correctly

When an SVG is added to an issue and we try to export it as an image on a Wiki field, the export does not complete.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Add an SVG to an issueSteps.svg
2. add the SVG to the issue description as an image like this:

   !Steps.svg!

   The image should appear like this:
   

1. Export a Template with the ${wiki:Description} mapping.

Expected Result: The export should finish and return a document with the SVG image processed.

Result: The export gets stuck.
