Issue History mappings are not translated into German

Description:

The language is not translated for the exported issue's History details. 

Pre-conditions: Having some issue history and changing the language settings to Deutsch(German)

How to reproduce

1. Open a Jira issue where the language is in German.
2. Use  issue history mappings to export Jira issue History

Actual result/Attachments:

Exported issue history details are shown in English despite the language being set to German.

Expected result:

Issue History should be exported in the German language.
