Xporter Reporting not available for Jira 11

When creating an automation rule that includes Xporter Reporting as an action, it will appear the following error message instead of the correct screen for configuring the Xporter action:

It only affects Jira 11.3.0. The previous versions of Jira11 doesn't experience this.
