Unable to export HTML field that contains an image uploaded with JEditor

If we upload an image to a field using JEditor, the image can not be viewed, and a placeholder will appear instead of it, and the location where the image should have appeared. 

How to reproduce:
1. Install JEditor and edit the screener of the description field to use the screener of Jeditor one.

2. Install the following template on the project: Very simple template-1.docx

3. Pick up an issue, upload an image on it using JEditor, and then export the image.

Actual result:
The image will be replaced with a placeholder.

Expected result: 
The image and the content of the description has been exported without issues.
