Excel columns don't keep the width of the template's column

The column width of an excel document are being changed after an export, instead of keeping their size to be the same as the template ones.

To reproduce: 

1. Import the attached template: SL_CalculGlobalChargement_01.12.2025-1.xlsm
2. Export a list of issue or a single issue with it and .xlsx as the file format
