Xporter on Jira 11 fails JQL searches when "search results limit" guardrail is enabled (Lucene path uses deprecated unlimited PagerFilter)

Summary
On Jira Data Center 11.2+, when the "search results limit" guardrail (JQL Resilience) is enabled, multiple Xporter operations fail with:

Search limit exceeded. We couldn't complete your search because it
requests 2,147,483,647 results which exceeded the search platform
limit of 50,000. Try refining your query or contact your Jira
administrator.

Affected operations include scheduled reports, bulk exports, and single/multi-issue exports performed through the Issue Navigator.

Steps to reproduce
1. Install Xporter 7.4.3-j11 on Jira Data Center 11.2+ using Lucene as search platform.
2. Enable the "search results limit" guardrail under JQL Resilience (default limit 50,000).
3. Trigger any of the following:

• Run a scheduled report (ScheduleReporting) over a broad JQL.
• Use Bulk Export from the Issue Navigator.
• Export issues through the IssueExportServlet.
  4. The operation fails with the "Search limit exceeded" exception above.

Expected behaviour
Xporter should honour the configured guardrails and complete the export, retrieving results within the platform limits regardless of whether the underlying search backend is Lucene or OpenSearch.
