Excel export does not retain filter results order

Hello,

I'm sorry to report this as a bug, but I cannot figure it out: I have installed both the "Filter Results with Cover Page" and the "Issue List Excel" templates from the template store. The "Filter Results with Cover Page" works correctly in that it exports the issues in the order that the filter returns them. With the "Issue List Excel" template, though, the results are reordered randomly (i.e. no apparent key is used).

I've checked the templates themselves and they both use "&

" to iterate over the result set, so I'm lost. Can you help?
