As a User, I can define the final report name (Single & Bulk)

This feature should be available on Xporter Issue detail panel and bulk export screen.
The file name should resolve mappings as it is being made on workflow post functions.
In those screens, a checkbox should be added asking for the filename, if the element is unchecked Xporter should keep the actual behaviour, other wise, an input text field should be shown asking for the file name.
