As a User, I can Export an Excel file using all selected columns on Issue Search Screen

A new option should be added to Export menu from Issue Search screen. The name should be: Xporter for JIRA (Excel - current fields)

A new template should be create to be used in this context. This template will contain a list with all selected columns.
The header and footer will contain:

• Header: Columns with the field names
• Footer: some data from the user and date, sample: "Document generated by XPadmin, 13-05-2056"
