As an Admin, I have a new option on Xporter Administration section to create some property configurations

This new feature will be used to solve some integration issues.
Each property will be composed by an Key and a Value. The key is the identifier(must be unique).
The new menu entry will have a page with:

• An action to add new Properties
• A table with the list of all created properties
  The table should list the key,value and action to edit and remove.
