As an User, I can access to a page to generate Reports that have JQL query defined

As a result of this Story, a new top bar menu entry will be created.
In this new screen, a list of templates defined as Automated Template will be show. Automated Template, will be a new option that defines where the template will be available.
When a template is selected, its description must be shown in order to allow users know what will be the result.

UI elements to be available:

• Template Select List
• Label to show the selected Template description
• Button to generate the report

After action to be invoked, a progress bar should be shown, as it's being made in the Bulk export action.
