Numbered lists are not rendered as expected html

1. Install Jeditor plugin
2. Apply "JEditor Renderer" to a field Description
3. Open content.docx from attachments in Microsoft Word
4. Copy the content from the document and paste it into the field (see )
5. Export Issue using Xporter
6. See attachment. Numbering is started from 1 again.
