Template Store menu option must be removed.

A new Store button must be added to Templates page, the button must be placed on the right side of the Add new button.

When the Store button is pressed, a Dialog with the store should be opened and templates can be installed.

Description

The template store should be moved to templates page.

We should remove the page from the descriptor and add a button to access store from templates, opening a modal similar to the actual page of Template Store.
